So you’ve decided to be a full-time blogger. Congratulations! You’ve just made a great decision. And at the same time so sorry, because there is a bunch of different type of bloggers all around the globe today. But if you are honest and serious in your decision, then welcome to the club, because in this article I will share with you some tips, how to act being a full-time blogger.

So that’s it. Less than a month till my 1st Blog anniversary and I’m very excited about it! Almost a year ago I’ve started my Blog and I would say, this year has completely changed my life. There were ups and downs, but I did it, I overcame all my fears and I did it right. So I decided to sum up all the information and to write an article for those of you, who is just at the beginning of their blogging way. Well, I'm not fond of New Year’s Resolutions, but I've decided to write a post and just to say thank you all for your support! 2015 was a really challenging and very exciting for me. In February I launched my Blog. I wanted to ensure that I kept sharp and up to date with my journalistic skills. I decided the best way to do this, would be to start a blog. Thus, Fashion Confession was born. I started to take it seriously from March or April 2015, so just a little less than two months, and I have to say, I won’t stop. As I can see my circle of subscribers growing constantly, I love being able to provide content to like minded individuals who enjoy reading my work.
Today I’d like to share with you some tips on how to gain more followers and readers to your Blog and social network. If you already read my BLOGGING TIPS AND ADVICE: PART I, and found there something, that could help you, let’s move on and work directly with your subscribers’ base. Let me tell you one thing, since I run my blog on January 2015, I’ve never use the paid tricks to gain followers, so the numbers that you see on my Bloglovin or Twitter – it’s real people, not bots.
I have to confess. I've been keeping a secret for quite some time, but now it's time to share some exciting news. I gave an interview to KEEL MAGAZINE a month or two ago about my fashion and blogging career. So if you would like to know, how the fashion business works and to get to know me a bit better, read the interview. So today I’d like to speak with you about, how to promote your blog, which tools to use and how to optimize your workflow. Once you’ve decided to take your Blog seriously, as I have said before at Blogger Tips and Advice, from now on you always have to think about the numbers and the proper promotion. The first and, probably, the main thing you should do is to run your Google Analytics. Yes, one day you have to start with it. So the sooner the better. It’s the only one thing that will help you to analyze, who your audience is and, of course, the visitors’ numbers. In any case, you will definitely need this information in the nearest future to show it to your potential partners or brands.
So you’re thinking about moving from Blogger or from any other non-hosted blogging platform to self-hosted WordPress, but you’re still in doubt. No worries. What if I say, I’ve been in this particular situation during the last 4 months? Yes, I ran my Blog and started to take my blogging career seriously less than a year ago, but since April or May, I’ve been thinking a lot about migration to WordPress. Yes, I have actually my domain name, which I used, while I was with Blogger, so all the readers and subscribers were coming through this link www.fashion-confession.com. But at this time I had no hosting, so I was using Google services for this reason.
