After months of an unseasonably cold weather in Berlin, it's finally time to switch into a spring mood. And talking about that, I think that the striped pieces need to be in each and every wardrobe this season. I'm not trying to promote this entire thing, but striped pieces will be one of the main trends. I feel like stripes is a very love it or hate it trend. But when it comes to a cute dress or classic jacket, it can take the most standard cut or colour and make it feel that little bit more special. So let's try to create a Designer Look on a budget, shall we?
It's less than a week left until the real spring, which I'm super excited about. Seriously, I can't wait for warmer weather to enjoy wearing more of my favourite dresses. But it is still very cool and windy here in Germany, and if there's one thing I struggle with, it is cold. Yes, I can't stand it anymore. And when I saw just a tiny hint of sunshine, I decided to go out and film this look for you. Hopefully, I will be able to wear this lovely red dress more often soon, but now, I hope you'll enjoy the pictures! And how lovely this cupcake purse is? Isn't it just adorable?
It's beginning to look a lot like... Spring! Yes, finally. The days are getting longer and the air itself stands still in anticipation of spring. We just need to wait a little more for it. So without further ado, I decided to style up my first early spring outfit and share it with you. To celebrate the first sunny days, I chose this black floral dress with lovely lantern sleeves from Shein and paired it with this suede bag from Promod just to give this look a fresh classy twist. I thought this bag would match the roses on this dress. What do you think?
The Fashion Week season has started as usual in mid-January 17-20, 2017. The whole city of Berlin has transformed into a huge fashion scene for all the fashion lovers – designers, fashionistas, bloggers, brands and the media. This year Kaufhaus Jandorf has been chosen as a new location for Berlin Fashion Week, where all the main events were taking place – an old building with a history full of fashion lovers from all over the world.
When it comes to autumn outfits, I definitely prefer oversized sweaters and warm woolen coats. So I decided to do some online shopping recently and to buy something cozy and autumnal. I know, I know, it's super hot here in Berlin at the moment, something about 27-30°C, so one can say it's still summer. But believe me, it's almost impossible…
Do you love shoes as much as I do? Then, let’s talk about it. For me personally summer season is the best and at the same time - the worst season for wearing shoes. Why? Well, it’s very hot outside, and if you wear high heels from dawn till dusk, you can end up dying very fast because of pain. So this summer I decided to treat myself! What did I do?
As you know, ethical or organic fashion becomes more and more popular nowadays. Let’s say it’s more like a new trend in a slow fashion right now. So I decided to talk with the designer and founder of YENNA LABEL, Dimienne Wilson-Chew, who use eco-friendly water based inks to create perfect pieces of organic clothing, about this interesting movement in fashion and to share it with you!
