If less is more, then brilliant basics are the key to a great look. You won’t wear more than two colours at the same time. No over accessorising. If you wear large earrings or a statement necklace, that should be it. Only one piece at a time.
Sophistication, simplicity and chic are the main words that come to mind when thinking of the Parisian style.
Red lipstick
French women are truly good at knowing how the proper style should look like. For example, your purse should match your shoes, but not always. That’s the trick. Or French women have always and will always wear red lips. Sure, the shades can be different – lighter or darker, based on the season or the mood. But always red.

What can be more Parisian than a red lipstick or a little black dress? There is actually one trend that will make you feel so French and it’s the major trend of the season – gingham.
